1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the Luminox application developed by KasperTech Innovations Private Limited. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the application.

2. Authorized Use

Luminox is designed for smart city load controllers and automated lighting infrastructure. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, within the scope of your authorized credentials, and in compliance with your local municipal and national electrical regulations. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, duplication, or security testing of the app is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their IoT control groups. Any activity, modification, or scheduling action performed under your credentials is your responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

Luminox interacts directly with physical electrical relays, power grid load units, and infrastructure. KasperTech Innovations Private Limited, its directors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any physical hardware damage, equipment fires, power outages, financial loss, or personal injuries arising from incorrect physical installations, software overrides, or network communication failures.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum service uptime, the availability of telemetry and remote control is contingent upon internet connectivity, cellular networks, third-party hosting platforms, and hardware statuses. KasperTech does not guarantee uninterrupted service access.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
